Storyline, This story is about Benudhar Kandi, who is from the little village of Gumagarh in Odisha. He does not have high expectations for his life until he is approached for contesting in upcoming election by a father-son contracter duo. Initially he is a little reluctant to contest but with time he gets to see high dreams of becoming a sarpanch and the perks of that position. He blindly trusts the contracter duo in any given situation. However, once he wins the election. His views about the father and son change and an event makes him realise their ill intentions. With time he understands the responsibility of a sarpanch and works towards the development of his village. However, the journey from a no one till a sarpanch was never easy with the opponent who is contesting and the previous sarpanch making his way much more difficult.
